RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods that you receive, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in the complete resalable condition they are sent out in. Once returned, an inspection of the goods will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange if requested. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the goods appear to be washed, worn, or in anything other than the original condition you will not be entitled to a refund and the goods will be sent back to you. Furthermore, please ensure that the goods are free of any odours or stains.

Please ensure that the returns form is enclosed with the order when you are sending it back. If the returns form is not in the in the package it may result in your return not being processed. Ensure the return is well packaged to avoid any damages in the post and meets all the outlined conditions. We are not responsible for any goods that are damaged in the return post.

We do not offer free returns. It is your duty to send returns with a reliable tracked and insured service (i.e. Royal Mail Tracked, etc) , we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages.
