SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible but generally they will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be contacted via email. If for any reason you want to change an order, please make this request at the earliest so that we can do our best to meet your requirements before the order is sent out. This action will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created. Please note it is not guaranteed that your request will be acted on in time.​

If by chance your item of choice is not in stock when the order is placed you will be promptly contacted to inform you of this and a refund will be processed. ​

Primarily, Royal Mail services will be used to ship orders. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, etc. All deliveries should arrive between 9am and 6pm, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays. We do not offer click and collect service.

UK DELIVERY

  • Standard Delivery £3.99: All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail standard shipping service and should arrive within 3-5 days of being dispatched.

  • Next Day Delivery £7.99: Guaranteed to receive your item the next business day by 1pm if your order is processed by 2pm GMT. (Orders placed on Friday will be sent with Saturday Guaranteed delivery. This does not include Sundays). Orders made after 2pm GMT will be shipped the following business day.​

Please try to be present at home on the delivery date to receive your order. If for some reason you miss your delivery, a card should be left instructing you with the delivery's next course of action, whether it be a 2nd attempt or instructions to collect from your nearest depot.

Please note that royal mail has been under a high amount of pressure during COVID so some deliveries do have a chance of being delayed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do ship to international countries however shipping fees are dependant on the item being purchased and the country the customer lives in. Fees can be calculated at checkout when the delivery destination is selected. Orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days of being dispatched.
